it be a trade that goes bad, a market that goes against us, a quick opening to make a profitable trade, or even losing capital that we don't think we can afford to loseall of these we learn to accept as part of the bigger picture of what really matters in our lives.
To face our anxiety and apprehension directly and begin to let go of the perpetual need to be threatened by leaning into the future is the first step to settling more gracefully into the present. And this present then becomes pregnant with possibilities that may lead to trading and investing excellence.
My hope is that this book has been helpful in increasing your awareness of yourself as an investor and your psychological dynamics as they relate to online investing. And I hope you are now more aware of some basics on the nature of the market from a psychological perspective. If you now have a greater appreciation for my slogan, "Mind moves the market," then I have succeeded in my task.
As we become more adept at accepting what life (and the market) bring forth for our consideration, may we gain the strength, courage, knowledge, and experience to more successfully manage our own investments and to use the profits wisely to help shape the course of our lives.
